Automatic code
Every project gets a code with the year and a number, like 2026-10014. Whoever creates it is assigned.
Project management
Each client has its projects, each project its tasks and each task its timer. One place to know what needs doing, who’s on it and what it costs.
30 days free, no card required. Then €6 per person per month + VAT.

The project
Every job for a client is a project, with its code, its status and its limits.
Every project gets a code with the year and a number, like 2026-10014. Whoever creates it is assigned.
The client is required. Open a client and you see its notes and all its projects.
No status, Budget, Production, Finished, Invoiced or Cancelled. Mark it Invoiced and Wolovy works out the sale price if it’s missing.
Split the project into jobs. Each one has its own play button and, if you like, its own hour limit.
One global limit per project. Once it’s reached, the hours on the card turn red; in Profitability, the project goes yellow at 80%.
For services that repeat every month: a monthly limit, one row per month with its hours and a notes field.
Tasks
Four lists: Todo, Backlog, Validation and Done. Drag a task to another list and its status changes. Every task carries its priority, the people assigned and the project’s labels.
Everyone, their own
Your open tasks in priority order: the ones assigned to you in Todo, Backlog and Validation.
Activity on the tasks you follow or are assigned to, comments on your projects and whatever enters or leaves Validation.
With the company’s mail server set up, whoever follows a task gets its comments and status changes by email.
Planning
The calendar has month, week, year and Gantt views. Each entry is a project, or one of its jobs, on some dates and with its people. It can repeat every week, every two weeks, every month or every year.
Guests
You invite people from outside with a link by email. They see the projects you invite them to and nothing else in Wolovy. When a task lands in Validation, they review it and move it to Done or back to Todo.
How a project runs
Pick the client and name it. The code appears by itself and the project is assigned to you.
In Project Management you pick the associated project, which is where the hours count, and a short code of 2 to 6 letters or numbers. Tasks are numbered with it.
Tasks by status, with their priority and their people. If a task has several parts, jobs.
The play button is on the task. The hour counts in the project, in the statistics and in profitability.
Mark the project Finished and then Invoiced. In Profitability you see whether it paid off.
With the rest of Wolovy
The play button is on the task. A logged hour counts in the project without exporting anything.
Budget, cost and final price against each project’s real hours.
Their portal with reports and tickets and, if you invite them, their tasks.
Questions
No. A project works without them: it carries its client, its code, its status, its hour limit and its calendar. Tasks live in Project Management, a module you turn on or off when you create the company.
Any role. The client is required; if it doesn’t exist yet, an Admin creates it in Clients or imports it by CSV.
Todo, Backlog, Validation and Done each have their list. The task’s selector adds In Progress and Canceled.
Only if you invite them to the project, with a link by email and no account. They don’t see who tasks are assigned to, can’t track time and can’t delete tasks or change the project.
Month, week, year and Gantt. Entries repeat every week, every two weeks, every month or every year.
Clients are imported by CSV. Projects and tasks are created in Wolovy.
