This policy applies to the website wolovy.com. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Which data we process and why
The website has no forms and doesn’t ask you for any data. We only process personal data in these three cases.
Usage statistics
If you accept it in the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 records how you use the website: which pages you view and for how long, which website you came from, which device and browser you use and your approximate location, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. We use it to see what works and improve the website. If you don’t accept it, none of this is collected.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time from “Cookie settings”, at the bottom of every page.
- Retention: the period set in Google Analytics, 14 months at most.

Messages you send us
If you write to hi@wolovy.com, we use your name, your email address and whatever you tell us to reply to you.
- Legal basis: if you ask us about Wolovy, taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise, our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: as long as needed to deal with your request and, after that, as long as the law requires.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser of each visit. This keeps the website running and helps us detect abuse and attacks.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: only as long as needed for those purposes.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell or hand over your data. Only these providers process it, on our behalf:
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics, if you accept it. Google may process the data in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers to provide an adequate level of protection.
- Our hosting provider, with servers in the European Union, which stores the website and the server logs.
- Our email provider, for the messages you send us.
We will also disclose data to the authorities when the law requires us to.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it to take it to another service. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.
Write to hi@wolovy.com saying which right you want to exercise. If needed, we’ll ask you for something that proves it’s you. We’ll reply within one month at most.
If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Automated decisions
We don’t make automated decisions that affect you or build profiles from your data.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data. For example, the website is only served over HTTPS.
