Tasks belong to several projects
Each project has its own list, with tasks numbered with its code (API-1, API-2…), priority, assigned people and the Todo, Backlog, Validation and Done statuses.
Software development companies
You build software for clients who want to know what’s being done, what it costs and who to write to when something breaks. Wolovy brings together the tasks, the hours and the client’s support.

What happens in a software company
Each project has its own list, with tasks numbered with its code (API-1, API-2…), priority, assigned people and the Todo, Backlog, Validation and Done statuses.
The client opens tickets from their portal, with up to five attachments, and the team sees them right away. Each ticket has its code, like T-0142.
The play button is on the task, on the job or on the ticket linked to a project. Only one timer runs per person.
Each monthly contract carries its hour limit and one row per month. The month that hits the limit turns red.
Move the task to Validation and the client, invited with a link, reviews it and moves it to Done or back to Todo.
A company API key reads projects, clients and hours, and publishes reports in the portal. It’s documented.
What your team will use
A project in your company
The project code appears by itself, with the year and a number.
Pick the associated project, where the hours count, and a short code: API, WEB, APP… Tasks are numbered with it.
Tasks move from Todo to Validation to Done. Every logged hour counts in the project.
They review what’s in Validation and, from their portal, open tickets when something breaks.
Turn on Maintenance in the project card, with a monthly hour limit and one row per month.
