Give a project an hour limit, or a monthly one for maintenance work. In Profitability the project turns yellow at 80% and red once it goes over: you see it before, not after.

Your client, up to date without asking

Every client gets their own portal and link. They see the progress you choose to show, leave their requests and follow the tasks without touching how you organise the work inside.

Everything you publish is versioned and every notice you send is logged. No more “did you get my email from Tuesday?”.

And you don’t pay for them: clients don’t count as users. All of it hosted on servers in the European Union.

Who is Wolovy for?

Agencies, studios and software companies that work by the project and have outside clients. It isn’t for in-house product teams or for people who work on their own.

Does it work if we already use another tool for tasks?

Yes, but then you miss the one thing that makes Wolovy special: the logged hour counts on its own.

Do clients need an account?

No. They come in through their link, and they don’t count as paying users either.

Can I run several companies?

Yes, with the same account and without logging out.

What exactly does the client see?

Only what you publish in their portal.

Can we bring what we already have?

Your clients, yes: they import from a CSV. Export them from wherever you are and upload the file.

How much does it cost?
