Traffic light per project
Green, yellow at 80% of the hour limit and red once it’s over. Once the project is finished, the money counts.

Your client, up to date without asking.
One portal per client
They get in through their private link, no account or password. A client can have several portals.
Reports with charts
You write them in HTML and Wolovy adds the charts, counters, KPIs and comparisons.
Versions
Each publication creates a version; up to 50 are kept and you can restore an earlier one.
Logged notices
Emails to the client go out from your own mail server and are kept in a log.
Support with tickets
The client opens tickets from their portal, with up to five attachments.
Your brand, their language
Your colour and typeface, the client’s logo and the portal in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Italian or German.

Admin
Sees and sets up everything: profitability, statistics, hourly rates and costs, clients, departments and API keys.
Project Manager
Manages other Project Managers and the Workers, sees and corrects anyone’s hours, and sees the clients and the holiday summary.
Worker
Works on their projects, tracks and corrects their own hours.
