What happens in a studio

One commission, many hands

Every commission has its budget

Budget, cost and final price in the project card, which Admins see. If you invoice without a final price, Wolovy works it out.

Deliveries need a sign-off

Move the task to Validation and the client, invited with a link, reviews it: to Done if it’s good, or back to Todo.

The team is on three projects at once

The Gantt calendar and the planning show the projects assigned to each person. Admins and Project Managers filter them by team.

The commission’s hours get lost

The timer lives in the task or in the calendar entry, and every hour counts in the project.

Files wander around email

Every task takes files: up to 50 per task, up to 10 MB each, from images and PDFs to text and Office documents.

The budget stretches without warning

An hour limit per project and per job. Once it’s reached the hours turn red; in Profitability it goes yellow at 80%.

A commission in your studio

From budget to delivery

  1. 01

    Open the project

Client, name and the Budget status. The code appears by itself.

  2. 02

    Move it to Production

When the client accepts, change the status and hand out the tasks, with their priority and people.

  3. 03

    The team tracks time

Everyone presses play on their task or their calendar entry.

  4. 04

    The client signs off

Deliveries move to Validation and whoever you invited reviews them, no account.

  5. 05

    Invoice and check the margin

Mark it Invoiced and in Profitability you see whether the commission paid off.

Questions

Studio questions

Can the client approve deliveries?

Yes, if you invite them to the project’s tasks: they move tasks from Validation to Done, or back to Todo. No account needed.

Can I attach files to tasks?

Yes: up to 50 per task, up to 10 MB each.

How do I keep a commission from going over its hours?

With a global hour limit on the project and another per job. Once it’s reached, the hours turn red on the card.

And the team’s holidays?

Everyone logs their own days and they show up in the calendar. No requests, no waiting for approval.
